9th Annual Big Reds and Bubbles - November 17th - Austin, TX


Celebrating it’s 9th Anniversary, this tasting is a spectacular kick-off to the holiday season. Featuring a dazzling array of some of the world’s finest champagnes, sparkling wines and “big reds,” it is one of the most popular Foundation events. Austin’s finest chefs participate, pulling out all culinary stops with desserts, appetizers and holiday samplings. Participating restaurants for 2011 include: Barley Swine, The Carillion, Eddie V's, Kenichi, Truluck's, Foreign & Domestic, The Driskill Grill, Finn & Porter, Jack Allen's Kitchen, Wink Restaurant, BC Tavern, Garrido's, Max's Wine Dive, Cuvee Coffee, plus tasty desserts from Austin Cake Ball, L's Cupcakes, Delysia Chocolatier, and the 1886 Bakery & Cafe.

With live holiday music, an outstanding silent auction and set in the historic Driskill hotel ballroom dressed in its holiday splendor, Big Reds & Bubbles is an extraordinary evening.
