Quick and Easy Cherry Cobbler

Ingredients
  • 1 stick butter (1/2 c. butter)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 2 cans cherry pie filling

Directions
  1. Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
  2. Mix sugar, flour, salt, baking powder and milk - will be thin.
  3. Pour over melted butter.
  4. Top with cherry pie filling. Do not mix.
  5. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or brown.

Notes
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream.
