Enjoy northern Spanish cuisine with Chef Pedro A. Garcia at El Meson Restaurant in the Village. Menu features “Pulpo ala Gallega,” Octopus Galician Style, and “Zancarrón con Legumbres de León,” Osso Buco with White Beans from Leon. Yes, Veal Shank is served in Spain and is known Zancarrón, but the white beans are the treat here and are like no other you have ever had. You have to taste them to know them. ;) The wines are all premium selections: Peter Sisseck’s, of Pingus fame, Clos d’Agon 04 and 09 side by side. Benjamin Romero’s, of Artadi fame, “El Predicdor,” Rioja 2008. Visit the website and see why El Meson continues to offer the best wine dinners in town. Affordable. Yes. Why? Because it pleases me. That’s right. I love it! You will too. Experience it for yourself. - Chef Pedro A. Garcia
