First Course
Artichoke Salad with Prawns
2010 North Coast Sauvignon Blanc
A nose with aromas of lemon, peaches and melons, with hints of citrus peel and a little bit of herbs. As you taste the wine the flavors of stone fruit and lemon are balanced by the medium body and a bright pop of acidity.
 
Second Course
Butternut Squash Ravioli in Brown Butter with Sage
2007 Trio
A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc. A polished and balanced wine of intensity.
 
 Third Course
Filet Mignon with Merlot Reduction & Wild Mushrooms

2007 Howell Mountain Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of blackberry, cassis, with added hints of sage, and vanilla. On the palate, the flavors echo the berries, cassis, sage, with hints at cedar, forest floor. The full body is balanced by the smooth tannins and bright acidity that carries the flavors to the a long finish.
 
Fourth Course
Chocolate Pecan Pie Truffles a la mode

200 cases produced. A traditional Bordeaux-styled blend handcrafted from the finest estate grown fruit from Howell Mountain Vineyard. A perfect balance of elegance, richness and the intensity that made Howell Mountain wines famous.
