We are limiting the seating to 35 guests and  expect the event to sell-out very quickly. Along with an exquisite Five-course meal, a wine presentation by Jeff Scott will accompany each course. Come join us for a great evening with amazing food and wine!

As we await the arrival of all our guests during a brief social, we will feature Villa Sandi Prosecco.

1st Course:   Estancia Chardonnay-
served with oysters Bienville- baked oysters with a cajun shrimp stuffing.

2nd Course:   Ferrari-Carano Fume Blanc -
served with a southwestern halibut, roasted vegetables and green chile cream sauce

3rd Course:   Meiomi Sonoma Pinot Noir-
served with chipotle glazed pork tenderloin, cheddar grits and sauteed spinach

4th Course: Napa Cellars Zinfandel-
served with filet of beef tenderloin topped with wild mushrooms, tarragon, marsala sauce

5th Course:   Chocolate bourbon/bacon cupcakes served with coffee

Cost is $75/person plus tax and gratuity.  Reservations are held with a credit card ($20 per person cancellation/no-show fee will apply.)
