Fall Beer Dinner hosted by Nico Ponce

Fall Beer Dinner $40 per person
5-6pm start off with a beer cocktail hour and passed around hors d oeuvres. 6-8pm sit down and enjoy our fall beer dinner.

Course 1
Organic greens with avocado, yellow cherry tomatoes, poached Caribbean shrimp and calamari in an orange marmalade dressing.
Beer pairing: Harpoon Octoberfest

Pumpkin Cider Ice

 

Course 3
Veal chop with porcini mushrooms in a Autumn Mole Stout reduction served with square cut spaghetti, baby Italian zucchini, Roma tomatoes in a balsamic vinegar.
Beer Pairing: Ska Autumn Mole Stout

 

Course 4
Vanilla Glazed Pie filled with fresh berries and a vanilla custard glaze with brown sugar.
Beer Pairing: Woodchuck Pumpkin Cider
