With one of America's most anticipated holidays quickly approaching, The Empty Glass wants to help you start planning your feast and selecting the perfect wines to enhance your Thanksgiving. We have only 25 spots for our exclusive "Thanksgiving Wine Pairing Social", slated for Tuesday, November 13. The Empty Glass' tapas-style Thanksgiving feast will start with a cranberry and walnut salad, then move onto the main course featuring turkey, dressing and stuffing, sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, baked macaroni and cheese and will finish with pumpkin rolls and pie for dessert. We will be pairing six wines throughout the evening for your palate pleasure, and will have bottles available for purchase for you own Thanksgiving holiday. Each wine will come with tasting notes, as well as an on-site expert giving you a synopsis on the history of each winery and the winemaking processes.
