Join Phil’s Wine Lounge and Sommelier Vanessa Trevino Boyd for an exclusive wine dinner featuring Williams Selyem Winery of California.  Enjoy a sparkling wine reception, followed by a five-course menu with wine pairings.  Winemaker Bob Cabral, as part of his first-ever market visit to Texas, will be present to share insights and visions from his 15 years of winemaking.  Guests will get the rare opportunity to taste the newly released vintage Pinot Noir.  There will also be a special showing of two older wines from the Winery’s library, as well as a rare bottling of Brut Vintage Sparkling Blanc de Noirs.

About Williams Selyem Winery: Williams Selyem began as a simple dream of two friends, Ed Selyem and Burt Williams, who pursued weekend winemaking and made their first commercial vintage in 1981. In less than two decades, Burt and Ed created a cult-status winery of international acclaim. Together they set a new standard for Pinot Noir in the U.S., putting the Russian River Valley on the map with some of the best winegrowing regions of the world.  Their 'Westside Road' bottling won the "Reserve Best in Show" award in this year's "Rodeo Uncorked!" contest.  Winemaker Bob Cabral is heading into his 15th vintage at Williams Selyem, but his winemaking philosophy has not changed: “The key is to respect the vineyard and value the fruit. Working with some of the best growers and vineyards in the world allows us to farm to the highest possible standards and provides us with the finest fruit available.
