Each month we will feature a 3 course meal based around our Wine of the Month in the cozy atmosphere of our cellar. Our Winemakers will speak about the specifics of each varietal and our Chef will explain how the menu was created around the wine.

Time: Guests, feel free to arrive as early as 7 pm. The property will be open to you until 9:30 pm.
First Course will be served at 7:30 pm

Cost per person: $37.50 + tax
Cost per Saint: $33.75 + tax
Seating is open with 8 guests to a table. Reservations are required as space is limited. Each course is plated and served with the Wine of the Month. Each guest will also receive a recipe card for one of the courses served that evening. Don’t forget to take advantage of the 10% discount off of the Wine of the Month!
Pork Tenderloin Tart- Thinly sliced pork tenderloin and baby bella mushrooms in a puff pastry crust, garnished with caramelized red bell peppers and onions drizzled with a Red Crab reduction
Braised Beef Short Ribs- Beef Short Ribs braised in Haak Winery’s own Red Crab served with roasted root vegetables over creamy parmesan polenta
*Entrée served with Red Crab Bread and whipped butter
Red Crab Tuxedo Cake- Luxurious Red Crab chocolate cake, layered with fresh whipped cream and topped with Red Crab ganache
