Size matters, in wine as in most other, um, estimations. While the traditional 750mL glass bottle format still dominates, what happens when you package wine in larger or smaller formats? Liquid volume to surface area ratio dramatically impacts the experience of the wine in the bottle as it ages. This tasting is a must for any serious collector and we're pleased to offer come incredible wines as we experiment together. Chardonnay and cabernet and 1 other wine will be poured from two different-sized bottle sizes....can you taste the big difference? $25*plus tax and gratuity. 7-9PM
