After our delightful stop at Buc-ee's in Leeds, Alabama, we continued our journey west to Birmingham and then north on I-65 to Athens, Alabama, where we visited the second Buc-ee's on our itinerary. As part of our mission to visit every Buc-ee's, this stop added another memorable chapter to our adventure.

After eating a large breakfast at the Buc-ee's in Leeds, Alabama, I opted for a Cobb salad with Avocado Ranch dressing and a fruit bowl for lunch. The salad was a pleasant surprise – fresh, crisp, and generously dressed with a creamy avocado ranch that tied all the flavors together. The fruit bowl was equally impressive, filled with freshly cut fruits that provided a refreshing and healthy accompaniment.

My wife chose the chopped brisket sandwich, a testament to Buc-ee's dedication to quality Texas BBQ. As Texas natives, we're particular about our brisket, and Buc-ee's did not disappoint.
