Heirloom tomatoes layered with shaved red onion and gorgonzola cheese then drizzled with Messina Hof Champagne Vinaigrette

The Crab Cake
A flavorful fried crab cake served on a bed of arugula with a red pepper remoulade

3rd Course
Oso Bucco
Veal Shanks braised in a cabernet franc with tomatoes, mushrooms, and garden herbs. Served with mashed garlic Yukon potatoes and roasted root vegetables
