MAX’s Wine Dive is hosting a “Picnic Wine Dinner” in MAX’s Underground private event space on August 2nd.  Join in a family style dinner crafted by Chef Erica Beneke paired with picnic-perfect wines.  While the temperature continues to rise outside, this picnic is the essence of cool; a subterranean feast which combines delicious summer-themed foods and delicious wines from around the world.  The menu includes Deviled Quail Eggs with Smoked Paprika and Caviar, Curried Sweet Potato and Chickpea Salad with Golden Raisins, Grilled Flatbreads with Heirloom Tomato and Chevre and Chilled Poached Salmon with Fresh Peas and Mint. End the night, and your picnic, with Fried Chocolate-Cherry Pie with Hazelnut Cream, and enjoy perfectly crafted wine pairings throughout the evening.  Only MAX’s can pull off a serious wine and food pairing dinner in a playful and relaxed environment – don’t miss out on the fun.
