Champagne
Blanc de Blancs, Brut, and Brut Rosé

NV Paul Goerg Blanc de Blancs
Pale yellow in color, with hints of green.  Plentiful and lasting mousse with extremely fine bubbles. A deliciously creamy nose with notes of white fruit such as just ripe peaches and pears.  Attractively crisp and lemony on the palate.  A lasting and delicate smoothness, perfect as an aperitif or to accompany oysters, fish in white mousseline sauce, or a white fish sashimi.  Aged a minimum of 3 years before disgorgement and 4-6 months after disgorgement.

NV Godme Brut Reserve Premier Cru
The NV Brut Premier Cru Reserve is a pretty, focused wine with excellent definition in its aromas and flavors. It shows good balance and plenty of cut on the vibrant finish.. Anticipated maturity: 2011-2014.  55% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Meunier, 10% Pinot Noir
90 POINTS, ROBERT PARKER'S WINE ADVOCATE

NV Jacques Copinet Brut  Rose
Lively and fresh, with an appealing mix of ripe black cherry puree, crème de cassis, lightly toasted raisin bread and just a touch of rich pastry cream and marzipan. Shows lovely, refined texture throughout. Drink now through 2018. 2,500 cases made.
91 POINTS, WINE SPECTATOR
