The five-course menu ($65) includes foie gras sausage paired with PranQster, PEI mussels & Little Neck clams with Le Merle, duck confit ragu with Brother Thelonious, chocolate-rubbed South Texas antelope with Old Rasputin & a goat cheese panna cotta with Grand Cru.
