WITH TRENTO’S SAIAGRICOLA WINE DINNER
WHAT: Join Executive Chefs Alex Kahn and Andreas Exarhos and Trento Restaurant as they host a SaiAgricola wine dinner on Tuesday, April 24. SaiAgricola is a Tuscan agricultural group made up of brands like Fattoria del Cerro, Colpetrone and La Poderina, headed up by famed winemaker Ricardo Cotarella. The dinner will include five courses highlighting exquisite wine from Tuscany such as Bisol Jeio Rose, Fattoria del Cerro Vino Nobile, La Poderina Brunello, Colpetrone Sagrantino, Fattoria del Cerro Manero and Fattoria del Cerro Vin Santo. Northern Italian food pairings will include dishes such as crab, pomegranate, caper, orange, tarragon and semolina tuile; duck breast and confit, smoked paprika, cherry agrodolce, brussels spouts and crispy potato; and roasted brisket ravioli, mushroom duxelle, peas, parsley and roasting jus.
