DISH restaurant will serve a special four-course menu from Chef de Cuisine Garreth Dickey featuring the wines of Pierre Amadieu on Tuesday, September 25 at 7 p.m. for $95 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
DISH will welcome Dominique Pilou, managing director and co-owner of Pierre Amadieu Wines who will discuss the wines with diners. Pierre Amadieu is a family owned company established in 1929 in the village of Gigondas, France—located in the heart of Provence.
