The dinner will start with a spinach salad with Bourbon balsamic vinaigrette served with a French 95 (Bourbon, simple syrup, fresh lemon, champagne). The entrée will feature a Bourbon-glazed London broil served with mashed potatoes and old fashioned green beans. This will be paired with an original Austin Cake Ball Kitchen & Bar concoction The Ticket (Maker's Mark, St. Germaine, Pama liquor, absinth lined glass, quarter orange, bash Angustora bitter, flamed orange). The meal concludes with a warm Cake Ball bread pudding served with another original creation, The Apple Snuggie (Bourbon, honey, cinnamon simple syrup, apple sauce, cloves).

Austin Cake Ball was founded in 2008 by Stacey Bridges and Ben May and has grown to be the largest cake ball bakeshop in the United States. The bakery is located at 5310 Burnet Road in Austin.
