Celebrate official Bourbon Heritage Month as Austin Cake Ball Kitchen & Bar host an Exclusive Bourbon Dinner on Friday, September 28. Join Adam Harris, Jim Beam Distillery Specialist and Chef David Griffin for a special three-course dinner paired with Bourbon cocktails.
The dinner will start with a spinach salad with Bourbon balsamic vinaigrette served with a French 95 (Bourbon, simple syrup, fresh lemon, champagne). The entrée will feature a Bourbon-glazed London broil served with mashed potatoes and old fashioned green beans. This will be paired with an original Austin Cake Ball Kitchen & Bar concoction The Ticket (Maker's Mark, St. Germaine, Pama liquor, absinth lined glass, quarter orange, bash Angustora bitter, flamed orange). The meal concludes with a warm Cake Ball bread pudding served with another original creation, The Apple Snuggie (Bourbon, honey, cinnamon simple syrup, apple sauce, cloves).
