If you like Paella, you will not want to miss this class! On Tuesday, October 9th, from 6 to 8 pm, you can enjoy an Authentic Paella prepared by Chef Maria Fernanda Candil. Chef Maria is from Spain, so this dish is near and dear to her heart.
Bring a bottle of your favorite Tempranillo and enjoy a menu including Pan tumaca (tomato, garlic and EVOO over bread) and champiñones al ajillo (garlic mushrooms) as the appetizers, Paella Valenciana o mixta (with seafood and chicken) as main dish and Tarta de Santiago (almond cake) as the dessert.
