SFC Farmers' Market Presents Fruit and Veggie Fest
Annual Celebration of Height-of-Season in Central Texas
 features chef demos, games and family fun for all!

WHAT:  Fruit & Veggie Fest, an annual celebration throughout the month of June
School is out and it's time to savor the height of season in our region! There's no better place to enjoy the flavors of Central Texas at their peak than at SFC Farmers' Market.
At both the Downtown and Sunset Valley locations, SFC Farmers' Market will offer a host of family-friendly activities.

WHEN: Every Saturday in June: 9, 16, 23 and 30

9am - 1pm with all chef demos starting at 10am

June 9: Taste of Summer Day
  • Sunset Valley: Chef Ben Huselton of Paggi House presents a demo of sweet corn soup
  • Downtown: Chef Jason Dodge of Peche demos Chicken Liver Mousse with Peach Conserva and Truffled Blackberries
June 16: Tomato Me Crazy!
  • Sunset Valley: Bryce Murphree of Urban cooking demo at 10am
  • Downtown: Melissa Joulwan, author of cookbook Well Fed
June 23: Watermelon Festival
  • Sunset Valley: Gabe Pellegrini of Sagra
  • Downtown: Chef Joe Anguiano, eleven plates & wine
June 30: Love Your Local Farmer Day
  • Sunset Valley: Chef Mark Tamiso, The Peached Tortilla
  • Downtown: Chef Matthew Reinhart, Snap Kitchen
