Celebrate Valentine’s with a Menu Designed to be Savored and Shared

Boiler House Texas Grill & Wine Garden, the restaurant that makes dishes designed for sharing, is offering a Valentine’s special that stretches beyond the 14th:  its special prix fixe Valentine’s offering is available February 14-16 to allow Cupid’s fans more time to share the holiday.

Executive Chef James Moore has crafted a Valentine’s meal sure to be a hit with that someone special—and by Boiler House’s definition, that’s anyone who enjoys sharing great food and wine! The three course meal is $45 per person and features a choice of entrée. The courses include:

First: Caramelized Scallop with Braised Bison Cheek Crepe, Vanilla Bordelaise
Second: Choice of Texas Wagyu Hangar Steak OR Meyer Lemon Mackerel Barigoule
Served with sides: Braised Salsify, Salt Roasted Butterball Potatoes
Third:  Brittle Crusted Dark Chocolate Bar, Almond Milk Ice Cream

A meal at Boiler House would not be complete without fabulous wine pairings, so the Valentine’s special also offers a wine pairing for $35 per person. The wine pairings are separate from the meal pricing. The Valentine’s menu will be available Thursday, Friday and Saturday, February 14th-16th, though couples dining on February 14th will receive a small package of homemade fudge as well. While the special Valentine’s menu is not to be missed, neither is Boiler House’s every day selection, so the restaurant’s regular menu will also be available during the Valentine’s holiday.

With an entire menu designed for sharing, Boiler House is the perfect restaurant for Valentine’s Day. Crafted with community dining in mind, the menu offers a fabulous variety to create the perfect meal for whomever you’re dining with - come as a couple or bring your entourage. The menu does not use the traditional labels of appetizers, salads, sides or entrees, but includes options that diners can choose from to create a meal for the table to share. And what’s more romantic than sharing and savoring perfectly paired food and wine?

The menu ranges from grilled breads to greens—each featuring grilled items—and fresh selections from the market, dishes comprised of the freshest ingredients available from The Pearl’s weekly farmers market. Protein selections are plated for sharing and Boiler Cuts, the heavy proteins section of the menu, are portioned bountifully enough to share. Enjoy each course and share with the table—or be selfish and keep the fabulous tastes all to yourself!

The largest and newest culinary offering at The Pearl, Boiler House is a vibrant and energetic restaurant with a Texas soul that features Texas gourmet cuisine and fine wine from around the world, all set to a background of live music most nights of the week. Housed in the original boiler house that powered the Pearl Brewery during its heyday, Boiler House Texas Grill & Wine Garden is a high-energy space, mixing urban and industrial to honor the feel of the old boiler house and infusing a Texas-style chic, creating the perfect watering hole to gather with friends, family or colleagues for lunch, dinner, weekend brunch or an evening out.
