Enjoy a four-course Valentine’s Day menu at L’Olivier Restaurant. Start off with the Pate chicken liver with a hint of brandy; Shrimp Cocktail or Lobster Bisque. Then move on to an Endive Salad, with mixed greens, almond-bleu cheese dressing; Goat Cheese Salad with mixed greens, cherry tomatoes and maple vinaigrette; or Butternut Squash Panzotti. For the next course, choose between a Tournedo of Beef with potato cake, haricots verts and green peppercorn sauce; Lamb Chop wit haricots verts, ratatouille and mint béarnaise sauce; Diver Scallop with beluga lentils and carrot puree; or Roasted Shrimp with arugula, sundried tomatoes, garlic and white wine sauce. Save room for dessert: Heart of Chocolate with mango coulis; Floating Island meringue in crème anglaise; or the Valentine Duo. Menu is available February 14 and is $75 per person. Wine pairings are also available. Seatings available at 5:30pm, 7:30pm and 9:30pm.
