This introductory course offers a sense-by-sense approach to wine tasting. The mechanics of wine tasting will be explained as you are led through a flight of six wines designed to build a powerful sensory memory.Once you increase your knowledge of wine flavor components, their origins, and how they interact, you can elevate your taste perception from simple detection to the ability to precisely describe and remember wines.
This course is led by Stacey Suro, who has completed wine education classes at the Professional Wine Studies Department at the Rudd Center for Professional Wine Studies, Napa Valley, California.
