Join us Saturday, December 1st as we taste some of the finest "grower" Champagnes from France. Think of grower Champagnes as boutique wineries with very small production (compared to the bigger houses such as Moet and Dom Perignon) and exceptionally high quality. These estates own the vineyards that produce their grapes. Mike Landry of Pioneer Wine Company will be on hand to answer any questions and we will have special pricing on bottles for your upcoming holiday celebrations. This is our first all-Champagne dinner and should not be missed!

First Course 
Caviar and blinis, crème fraîche, chives
Paired with NV H. Billiot Fils Grand Brut Rosé 

Second Course
Butter poached lobster, fresh hulled pea succotash, vanilla bean sauce
Paired with NV Pierre Peters Blanc de Cuvee Reserve

Third Course
Veal involtini, prosciutto & Parmesan,  glazed baby carrots & 
wild mushroom risotto
Paired with NV Chartogne-Taillet "Sainte-Anne" 

Apple cake w/ toffee crust 
Paired with NV Margaine Demi-Sec Cuvee Traditionelle

Your $50 deposit is your reservation. Cancellations made after Thursday, November 29th will result in forfeiture of deposit.
