Vino100 has had the pleasure of partnering with Bottled Poetry Imports for several outstanding tasting events in the past and we are excited to have them back with the newest Argentinian wine to reach Texas soil, Caelum Winery from Mendoza, Argentina.

Stewart Elliott has an affinity for finding the BEST Argentine wines from small producers and has made that his specialty. Come meet Stewart, Mark Luft and their special guest, Constanza Pimentel and see for yourself what Caelum Winery has ignited in South America and across the Atlantic to Spain. The prestigious Guia Penin publication from Spain has rated these wines from 90 to 93 points!

Caelum is a family project that was born in 2009. After more than ten years of dedicated farm work and selling grapes to neighboring wineries, Caelum decided to complete the cycle of the vine & create their own wine. With passion, every day they seek the highest quality, respecting the environment and maintaining a family structure to ensure the care of each bottle. Constanza, her mother Mercedes and brother, Hernan, own the winery and the vineyards, including the only pistachio tree farm in the province of Mendoza. Constanza is also a sommelier in Mendoza.

*We will show four of the awarded wines from Caelum, including:
Caelum Chardonnay 2011
Caelum Malbec 2010
Caelum Cabernet Sauvignon 2010
Caelum Malbec Reserva 2010

*We will provide lite appetizers including Artisan Cheeses and Charcuterie as well as traditional hors d'oeuvres from Joyce & Gigi's Kitchen, the hottest South American restaurant in town.

*You will receive generous tasting pours of the four wines and of course, generous discounts for any bottles that you want to take home with you.

Since these wines are just being imported into the US, the attendees to this event will be the first to have the privilege of tasting them... and with Constanza which is even better!
