Join Executive Chef Josh Watkins and The Carillon as they host Taste of September, a three-course special dinner offered every evening in September from 5:30-6:30pm. The dinner will start with a Seared Scallop, Jazz Apple, Fennel Jam and Texas Chevre, the entrée will be Braised Pork Jowl, Kennebec Potato Gratin, Lobster Mushrooms and Pawpaw Pudding and the evening will end on a sweet note with Feta Cheesecake, Basil Sorbet, Juniper Streusel and Pearl Butter from Head Pastry Chef, Plinio Sandalio.

The Carillon’s New American Grill cuisine showcases their passion for fresh, sustainable and seasonal ingredients that are served in an elegant setting reminiscent of the historical architecture on the university campus.  Located at 1900 University Avenue at the south edge of The University of Texas campus. Valet and complimentary self-parking provide easy access to the restaurant.  The restaurant is open for breakfast from 7 am to 10 am and for dinner service from 5:30 pm to 10 pm.
