2008 Farina Amarone Classico
Verona / Valpolicella
Plush and ripe, yet possessing finesse, this Amarone features aromas of plum, raisin, cherry preserves and coffee grounds. Dry with lifted plum, cherry tones and fine coffee nuances wrapping up the whole package. This is an impressively vivacious, full-bodied, long-finishing robust wine

2006 Ada Nada Barbaresco, Elisa
Piedmont / Langhe / Barbaresco
This displays aromas of barley and cereal, with ripe strawberry. Full-bodied, long and chewy.  Concentrated, with loads of fruit and a big center palate.

2006 La Valentina Montepulciano, Binomio
Abruzzo
The wine is a deep dense ruby red. Intense nose of ripe blackberry, cassis, wild strawberry and spices. Pronounced fruit, ripe tannins and great length.  Pairs well with grilled red meats and game and aged, dry cheese.
