From 10:15-12:15 Ceci from Vinously speaking will teach you everything you ever wanted to know about the 4 Ss: swirling, sniffing, sipping, and spitting. Develop your wine tasting skills and learn more about pairing the wines you love. The cost is $25 ($20 for Pedernales wine club members) for a two hour class. After the class, take a seat on the deck and enjoy the music of Festus and Malarkey starting at 1pm.
