Experience MAX's Wine Lunch, an afternoon of purely decadent feasting at MAX's Wine Dive this Friday, November 2. Join in this leisurely wine lunch with great food crafted by Chef Erica Beneke paired perfectly with wine selected by Wine Sales Manager Leslie Higgs. While the temperatures continue to drop outside, warm up with the seasonally inspired dishes that combine delicious fall-themed foods and wines from around the world. To prepare for the event, Chef Erica is busy butchering a whole pig to create the centerpiece dish, porchetta. The six-course menu also includes cassoulet, a clambake and mushroom tea among the extravagantly cozy offerings. Perfectly crafted wine pairings will accompany each dish with wines such as the newly arrived Hirsch "Lamm" Grüner-Veltliner and Chave 'Farconnet' Hermitage poured by Leslie herself.
