Wine 101 – A Fun, Irreverent Approach to Learning About Wine

Subjects covered include: How to use your senses; How to taste; How to pair wine with food; How to keep a wine journal, and more.  The event will be led by Mary Fournier, local wine specialist, author, and actress. 

Cost is $25 per person and includes five wines and hors d’oeuvres.  As an extra bonus, all participants will take home a signed copy of Mary’s new book, “Shut Up and Drink Your Wine; there are Sober Children Living in India”.  This will be a seated event accommodating up to 22 participants, approximately 60 to 90 minutes in duration.
