The Drink Ribera Workshop will offer guests the opportunity to attend an educational seminar* and participate in a comprehensive walk-around tasting.  Attendees will sample the “Excelente” rated vintages of 2009, 2010 and 2011 from over 60 wineries presented by winemakers and other qualified representatives from Spain and the U.S.

The trade and media walk-around tasting will run from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM followed by a consumer walk-around tasting from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM. It will include wines currently available in the Austin market as well as wineries participating in RiberaConnect – a trade sampling platform designed to facilitate business between U.S. importers and wineries seeking representation in Ribera del Duero.

*Registration for the VIP seminar is required and offered on a first-come, first-serve basis.  Advance registration for the walk- around tasting is also recommended. The tasting is exclusively for trade and media; proper business credentials required.
