Triniti Restaurant gears up for Rodeo season with a festive wine dinner featuring the wines of Brooks Winery and Dunham Cellars – a playful twist on the popular country music duo Brooks & Dunn.  Ross Tefteller from Hear Hear Wines, the distributor of both wineries, will be on hand with some of the winemakers to discuss the wine selections, and Chef Ryan Hildebrand will captivate with a seven-course menu that is full of surprises.

Wines featured include Brooks Winery’s 2010 Amycas White Blend, 2011 Runaway Red Pinot Noir and 2010 Janus Pinot Noir, as well as Dunham Cellars’ 2010 Trutina Red Blend, 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon XV and 2011 Lewis Vineyard Riesling.

About Brooks Winery: Founded in 1998, Brooks Winery is a reflection of the visionary Portland native, Jimi Brooks. His reverence for the land and vines made him a practitioner of organic and biodynamic farming.  The great respect for vineyard individuality and mastery of blending, allowed his wines to achieve the greatest depth, flavors and balance.

About Dunham Cellars: Using grapes from some of the finest vineyards in the Walla Walla, Yakima and Columbia Valleys, Dunham Cellars has established an award-winning reputation for their wines. When Eric Dunham’s first vintage, a 1995 Cabernet Sauvignon was released, it was deemed one of the finest wines made in Washington by Wine Enthusiast Magazine. Subsequent vintages and varietals have also earned high marks with both wine writers and consumers. Eric shows his artistic side by creating original artworks for all of Dunham Cellars vineyard designated and special bottlings.
