Austrian Wine Dinner
Greetings!
After a recent personal tasting of the wines from Höpler Weingut, I have rediscovered some truly wonderful wines from Austria. The white wines are exceptional and the Pinot Noir is outstanding. It is with these wines in mind that Leibman's is having a wine dinner on Thursday, October 17th. We will be offering these fabulous wines together with innovative food pairings as prepared by guest chef Joe Mannke from Bistro Le Cep. Also on the sampling menu are three of the best dessert wines I have encountered for years.
I will be personally conducting the tasting of these award winning wines which are usually only available in the elite cafes of Vienna and its suburbs. Refreshing, fairly dry, with a good bouquet and low in alcohol you may just make a new discovery of your own.
