In honor of Texas Wine Month, The Grape’s October Come-As-You-Are Wine Dinner showcases wines from Lubbock winery McPherson Cellars. On Wednesday, October 17, Chef/Owner Brian C. Luscher will feature an intimate 4-course bistro menu to complement acclaimed wines from winemaker Kim McPherson.
Guest host is John Bratcher has worked extensively in the wine business, helping run several of the Texas’ leading wineries and works closely with Kim McPherson and the winery. Bratcher owns Rockridge Wine Traders, a wine brokerage that represents wineries in Texas, California, Oregon and Australia.
The Grape's monthly wine dinner provides a fun, casual setting, that allows the guest to "come-as-they-are" and dine at their own pace, allowing for a more festive one-on-one format with the wine experts. Themes include a wine expert/host for the evening who speaks to each individual table about the wines selected.
Reservations are recommended for this event and available from 5:30-9:00pm. Cost is $55 per person exclusive of tax, gratuity and other beverages.
