Travaasa Austin will host its Farm To Table Harvest Dinner to benefit the Sustainable Food Center on the evening of Sunday, November 11. Set in the beautiful scenic Texas Hill Country, the event will feature a multi-course menu with wine pairings utilizing produce from the Sustainable Food Center Farmers Market, and will be prepared by Travaasa Austin executive chef Ben Baker and a select group of talented and innovative Austin chefs including Executive Chef John Bates of Noble Pig, Executive Chef Erica Beneke of MAX’s Wine Dive, Chef de Cuisine Tim Dornon of Uchiko and Executive Chef Josh Watkins of The Carillon.
Austin-based American Craft Bar drink.well. to kick off the evening with a cocktail reception featuring Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Hops & Grain at 5 p.m., followed by dinner at 6 p.m.
A portion of the Dinner’s ticket sales will be donated to the Sustainable Food Center, which is devoted to sustainably grown and humanely harvested food that supports local farms and cultivates a healthy community.
