Born in the village of Aÿ, in the heart of the Champagne region, Clicquot Senior Winemaker Cyril Brun is a third generation winewgrower. As a child he spent his time in the vineyards of his family, then studied enology at the University of Reims and joined his family's company after graduation to help his father in the cellars. In 2000, Cyril joined Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin as a winemaker and member of the wine communication team. He has worked beside both Jacques Peters, the former Chef du Cave and now Dominique Demarville, the current Cellar Master, to create the finest quality blends for all of the House's Champagnes. He directly oversees the vinifying of Bouzy Pinot Noir used in Veuve Clicquot's Rosé Champagne.

Join us for a fun evening of Champagne Education with one of the most respected winemakers in France, Cyril Brun - Senior Winemaker at Veuve Clicquot Champagne. Monsieur Brun will lead us through a tasting of the Brut and Rose Champagnes of Veuve Clicquot focusing on the Vintage 2004, as well as the non-vintage blends. To highlight Veuve Clicquot Champagne's affinity with foods, a menu of delicious appetizers has been selected to accompany the seminar. Only 30 seats are available for this singular Champagne event.
