Ceviche- whitefish, lime, English cucumber and tomato $7

Plantain Chips- served with mango bbq and avocado ranch $4

Street Snacks- chile-lime marinated English cucumbers, mango and jicama $4

Guacamole- made to order with house made tortilla chips $5

Grilled Fish Tacos- whitefish, jalapeno-lime crema, house slaw, white corn tortilla $3

Chicken Tinga Tacos- sautéed chicken tinga, baby kale, pico, jack and cojita cheese, flour tortillas $3

Roasted Pork Tacos- shredded pork, avocado, pineapple relish, green cabbage, fresno chili, yellow corn tortillas $3

Morningtide- a refreshing Sailor Jerry rum cocktail with hints of spice topped off with Prosecco $8

Redrum-Our version of Redull and vodka but with Malibu Redrum and spice. $8

Texas Punch- House-made Horchata spiked with Waterloo Gin, Pecan Street and Treaty Oak rum with red chili powder $10

Kapa Kapa Tiki- If you like cinnamon and almonds then you will love this Sailor Jerry spiced rum tiki-tail. $8

Caipirinha- Brazils’ version of the margarita made with Leblon cachaca. $8

Rum Runner- A Florida favorite, full of spice with hints of blackberry and banana liqueurs. $8

Bahama Mama- We are bringing the tiki umberellas back with this fun, exotic tiki drink. $8

Captain’s Bumbo- Incognitations! Smtih and Cross, Scarlet Ibis, Swedish Punch with house-made vanilla and nutmeg syrups. $15

Cockcrow- Our Caribbean version of a beer and a shot. $8

Sunset tiki-tini- Order only if you like coconut, pineapple and the color blue. $8

Zombie- Traditionally the strongest drink on the menu made with Appleton and Bacardi 151 rum. (Limit 2) $

The Punch Bowl- fresh citrus juices, Smith and Cross rum and Remy Martin brandy (serves 2 people). $25
