- 3 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled and mashed
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (10 ounce), drained
- 3/4 cup(s) chopped onion
- 1 tsp. lemon or lime juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- ground pepper and tortilla chips, optional
- Mix avocados, drained tomatoes, onion, lemon juice and salt in medium bowl until well blended. Season with pepper to taste.
- Serve with tortilla chips, if desired.
