Need to brush up on your cooking skills for the holidays? Or just want to gain some new expertise in the kitchen? Bijoux has you covered. Chef Scott Gottlich is launching a series of 5 cooking classes that will feature interactive demonstrations on favorites like thanksgiving side dishes and how to make a romantic valentine’s dinner. Each class will go over ingredients, techniques and methods of creating detailed dishes. In addition to sampling all the delicious products, each pupil will also be treated to a beverage that will be paired with each specific class. Space is limited and reservations are required.
