Join L’Olivier Restaurant for a four-course wine dinner featuring the wines of O’Brien Estate Winery in Napa Valley.  Menu includes:

Ceviche – mélange of fresh seafood, pineapple, yuzu and mint
                                2011 Estate Chardonnay

Quail Salad – stuffed with apple, cardamom nest on a garden salad dressed in merlot vinaigrette
                                2010 Merlot

Roasted Pork Loin – with caramelized fig sauce
                                2009 Seduction Bordeaux Blend

Tournedo of Beef with Morel Sauce – grilled tournedo, potato cake, morel sauce

About O’Brien Estate Winery: First built in 1980, the O’Brien Estate Winery is one of the earlier wineries in Napa Valley.  The winery specializes in single vineyard grown, estate-bottled wines.  Owned by Bart and Barb O’Brien, it started as a shared dream of theirs over 20 years ago.
